To elaborate in brief, I am experienced as I have been working in numerous Organizations including the UN and Non-Governmental Organizations for a long 15 years. Indeed, I have been responsible to perform supervisory tasks at District and Provincial level. These tasks are including general and financial administration, interventions focus on detail Implementation Plan (DIP) preparation of projects, progress reporting and monitoring of the implementation of projects. I have also kept myself close with Line department during implementation phases. During my service with the UNDP and the FAO-UN at Quetta and Dalbandin, I came to know the UN working system, procedures and policies in a better way.
As M.A. in Sociology and a computer literate, I facilitated farming groups, traders and other supply chain actors to market their products successfully in local and National markets. I also participated in policy level meetings effectively and lead teams to positive decision and better outputs, I have worked in project for women economic empowerment enhance income generations, value chain, supply chain and dynamic which effect direct to small land owner’s income. On a position of Social Organizer in the UNDP, a Community Development & Market Facilitator (FAO), an Agribusiness & Supply Chain Facilitator in the FAO Pakistan, I performed well in implementation of activities of Community Development, value and supply chain of Agribusiness (Onion, Small Ruminant, Poultry, Kitchen Garden, Wool Processing) and women grower inputs. Recently, I served as a district Team leader at District Chagai in the FAO.
